How care works here
We look for why the injury happened as well as where it hurts. A sore shoulder may trace back to the upper back or neck, and a sore knee to the hip or ankle. Depending on what we find, your care may include:
- Chiropractic care for the spine and for shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles
- Shockwave therapy, which patients commonly seek for stubborn tendon pain
- Class IV laser therapy for sprains and joint pain
- Instrument-assisted soft-tissue work, deep tissue massage and Active Isolated Stretching
- Neuromuscular re-education to retrain the movement behind the injury
Laser therapy, shockwave therapy and massage are offered at the Brandon office.
In season and out
An injury does not always mean sitting out. Often you can keep training at a lighter load while the tissue settles. Your provider will tell you what to limit and when to build back up.
Young athletes
Children 12 and under have their own fee schedule: $162.50 for the new patient visit and $50 for follow-ups. See fees and payment.
