The body works as one system
Muscles, tendons, bones and ligaments are connected from head to foot. A problem in one area changes how the rest of the body moves and carries load. That is why a sore knee can trace back to a hip, and why a neck problem can show up as a headache. We evaluate the whole chain instead of only the spot that hurts.
Joints first, then muscles
Care here follows a simple order. First, restore proper joint position and movement. Then retrain the muscles around that joint to hold it. Doing both gives the body a better chance of staying well, so you may need fewer visits over time.
The right tool for the person
No single technique suits everyone. Your plan may draw on:
- Upper cervical care with Advanced Orthogonal instrument adjustments
- Chiropractic care for the spine and extremities
- Neuromuscular re-education and functional movement retraining
- Class IV laser therapy and shockwave therapy
- Massage, lymphatic drainage and assisted stretching
- Nutrition guidance
As few visits as possible
Dr. Lambert describes himself as results-oriented. The aim is to get you feeling your best quickly and then keep you out of the office. At your first evaluation you will get an estimate of how many visits to expect. Your plan is adjusted as you respond.
Honest about limits
Not every problem belongs in a chiropractic office. If your history or exam points to something that needs a physician, dentist or specialist, we will tell you and help you find the right provider.
